This client had already implemented HubSpot - but the portal simply didn’t reflect how their business actually operated. Without proper lead or deal management in place, and with all data crammed into Company records, the platform was confusing to use and impossible to scale.


The Challenge

My Approach

I started by taking the time to understand their actual business processes - how they sell, manage relationships, and deliver ongoing value. From there, I rebuilt their HubSpot portal to align with that reality.

  • Designed a clear Lead Management process

  • Created a custom Deal Pipeline with stages mapped directly to their buyer journey

  • Introduced a Ticket Pipeline for Account Management and Customer Success

  • Built in automations to:

    • Auto-create a new ticket after each Annual Review

    • Auto-update Ticket Status based on the outcome of each review meeting

  • Ran a full data cleanse and property mapping exercise to streamline and restructure their CRM
